Your year in a word picture…

Make your own Wordle expressing your year in the Fantastic 5th! Here’s how:
- Go to Wordle
- Click on CREATE
- Start typing in words that express your feelings and thoughts
- The bigger you want words, the more you should type them
- If you want words to stick together (like a sentence or phrase), just add a ~ in between each word
- When you’re done playing with colors and fonts, hit GO
- Then hit SAVE TO PUBLIC GALLERY
- Then name your Wordle
- You don’t need to use your name, but if you do … use only your first name or your nickname
- Then, scroll down to the bottom of the page and copy this code (the stuff that doesn’t make any sense)
- Then paste this code into the comment section of our blog, and I’ll put it up!

Upcoming Dates and Events

Monday, June 7th: Colonial Projects due! Review the requirements for this project!
Monday, June 7th: Rosemont students tour Rosemont middle school from 9:30 for about an hour.
Tuesday, June 8th: Athey Creek tour from 9:30 for about an hour.
Thursday, June 10th: BRING A PAPER BAG TO SCHOOL DAY! We’re going to be cleaning out our desks!
Friday, June 11th: No School. It is a day for teachers to complete report cards. Ugh!
Monday, June 14th: 11 to 12:20 or when we are done: Building Birdhouses! Students need a hammer with their name taped on it and fine to medium grit sandpaper.
Tuesday, June 15th: Field Day!
Wednesday, June 16th: All 5th grade kickball in the morning and all 5th grade pizza party from about 12 to 12:30ish. From 1:05 to 2:00 will be our end of the year class party AND clean up
Thursday, June 17th: 5th Grade Recognition Ceremony, 9:15 in the MPR. This is an early release day at 10:45.
