    My Thanksgiving Advice

    By Tape Abuser | November 25, 2009

1.If you can stand from your chair after dessert you need to eat more food. If you are groaning that you ate to much, you may feel bad now, but you will be proud tomorrow and say “I ate half the turkey.” and know you didn’t lie.

2.Be wise picking what to eat in what order. If you eat the heavy thing first, you won’t be able to eat the rest. Start with the lightest thing on your plate and work your way to the more filling parts of the meal.

3.Give yourself or ask for big portions of food. This may not work for you but certainly works for me. I find when there is more on my plate and that when I think of this holiday I think of eating, it motivates me to eat a lot more on my plate.

Just to say, if you don’t want to stuff yourself on this amazing holiday and instead eat like a normal person, that is fine too. But if you do that, what ever you do, don’t follow these tips.
