art_Penguins_emperor_and_chick[1][1]Family are the people who love you.

This week we begin our social studies unit about Family. Each family is unique. Some families are big, and some are small. But, what they all have in common is that they are the people who love you.

Over the next two weeks we will be listening to our family members tell the special stories of how we got our names and where our ancestors are from. We will also share details about important family traditions. Our families hold the keys to these stories for us. We want to learn to tell these stories as part of our family history.

Where are your ancestors are from?

      Dear Reagan,
Thanks for leaving me a comment. It is so interesting that you have ancestors from so many different countries? Remember that if there is a Padlet with a question, you can leave an answer there instead of here under comments.
